By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the Operator's terms and conditions:
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!
Every passenger must carry a valid ticket at all times while on board the Yellow Bus service and must produce it for inspection upon request. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they board the bus that travels to their intended destination.
The Operator is not liable for any:
* loss, theft or damage to luggage or for luggage which is left behind;
* delays or cancellation of any scheduled bus service; or
* missed flights or connections.
Children under the age of 12 travel for free but must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver aged 18 years or older.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse to carry large or bulky luggage or any items that may cause risk or discomfort to any other passengers.
Tickets must be bought before travelling and only at a designated machine. Tickets are not sold by drivers.
The bus timetable is an estimate of time only and may be subject to delay, change or cancellation without notice.
Passengers must comply with all notices and the directions of the driver at all times and must act in a safe and responsible manner while on board the Yellow Bus service.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger whom the driver reasonably considers may cause risk, discomfort or nuisance to other passengers or property.
Nuisance or damage caused to or on a Yellow Bus, or any attempt to evade paying a fare, will be referred to the Police.
